Support
Talk to a human.
One person makes this app. If you email [email protected], that person reads it. Replies usually arrive within a day, occasionally a week. There is no support queue, no ticket system, no AI auto-responder.
Common questions
Do I need any equipment?
No. Six of the seven exercises (push-ups, squats, lunges, sit-ups, burpees, planks) are bodyweight-only. Pull-ups need a bar.
Will my phone bother me all day?
6–15 silent local notifications per day, snoozable and schedulable. Notifications are local — they do not go through any server, even ours.
What if I miss a checkpoint?
It rolls forward up to your stale-checkpoint threshold (1–8 hours, your choice), then auto-skips. Rest days are forgiven up to three per streak.
Is the rep counting accurate?
Vision pose detection runs at about 10 Hz; accelerometer at 50 Hz. Both can be overridden manually with +/- buttons. The app errs on the side of under-counting rather than over-counting.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Counting, scheduling, video capture, and compilation all run locally on your device. A connection is needed only to verify your purchase and, if you turn them on, for iCloud sync and Strava export.
iPad? Apple Watch?
iPhone only at launch. Apple Watch is on the roadmap.
How much does it cost?
Set One More requires a subscription, with a one-time purchase option if you would rather not subscribe. Monthly plans start with a 7-day free trial. Current pricing is shown in the App Store, since it varies by country. There are no ads and no upsells inside the app — one tier, everything included.
Are you collecting my data?
Your workout data — exercises, reps, streaks, video clips — is stored on your device and never sent to us. The only thing that leaves your phone by default is your purchase: Apple handles the payment, and RevenueCat verifies what you bought so it can be restored on a new device.
