Privacy statement
Your data stays on your phone.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not track you across apps or websites. Your workout data never reaches us at all — that is the architecture of the app, not a marketing phrase.
Being precise about the exceptions, because they matter more than the slogan: the only data that leaves your device by default is what is needed to verify your purchase. iCloud sync and Strava send data only if you turn them on. This website uses Google Analytics. Each of those is described below.
What stays on your device
All workout data — exercises, reps, schedules, streaks, video clips, transformation compilations — is stored on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. We have no copy. We cannot retrieve it. If you delete the app, the data is deleted with it.
Purchases
Set One More requires a subscription or a one-time purchase. Payment is handled entirely by Apple — we never see your card details, your name, or your Apple Account.
We use RevenueCat to check what you have purchased and to restore it when you reinstall or move to a new device. RevenueCat receives your App Store transaction, a randomly generated identifier for your installation, and basic device information such as platform, app version, and country. It does not receive your name or email address, it is not linked to your workout data, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking. RevenueCat acts as our processor and is governed by its own privacy policy.
iCloud sync (optional)
If you enable iCloud sync, your workout data is stored in your private iCloud account, encrypted end-to-end by Apple. We do not have access to your iCloud account. We cannot see, retrieve, or recover this data. It is governed by Apple’s privacy policy, not ours.
Camera and motion
When you use the Auto-count or Record features, the camera and accelerometer activate locally. The video frames are processed by Apple’s Vision framework on the device. Nothing is uploaded. The 0.5-second clips saved for your transformation reel are saved to your app sandbox or, with your permission, your Photos library.
Strava (optional, not yet available)
Strava export is built but is not enabled in the current release; this section describes how it will work when it ships. If you connect Strava, the app exchanges OAuth tokens via a Cloudflare Worker proxy that we operate. The proxy exists only because Strava’s OAuth flow requires a server-side client secret — the secret cannot live on your phone. The proxy stores nothing. It receives your authorization code, exchanges it for tokens with Strava’s servers, and returns the tokens to your device. Your tokens are then stored in your iOS Keychain. We never log, persist, or examine the data passing through.
The app: no analytics, no ads, no tracking
The app contains no analytics SDKs, no ad networks, no telemetry, no crash reporting that includes user identifiers, no tracking pixels, and no fingerprinting. The RevenueCat SDK described above is for purchase verification only. Nothing in the app tracks you across other apps or websites, and the app asks for no App Tracking Transparency permission because it does none.
This website: analytics
This website — not the app — uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies and collects your approximate location, device, browser, and the pages you view. IP addresses are truncated by Google before storage. We use it only to understand traffic; we have not enabled advertising features, remarketing, or data sharing for ad personalisation.
The site is served through Cloudflare, which also records a cookieless page-view measurement. It assigns no visitor identifier and does not track you between sites.
You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on, by blocking cookies for this site, or by using a browser that blocks trackers. Nothing on this website is required to use the app, and the app itself sends nothing to Google.
